I am an User Experience Director & Interaction Designer with 15+ years experience designing for digital services, interactive applications, websites, commercials and print.

Currently I'm based in Amsterdam, working as a freelance UX Lead and Agile Coach. I worked at as Senior Experience Lead at Philips, and before that as a User Experience Director at Nomads. Before working in Product design and development I used to sell products creating advertising campaigns as a Senior Art Director at Jung von Matt Berlin. I started my career as a web-designer, developing websites in Flash 5 back in 2000.  

My experience in classic advertising as well the digital space allows me to concept quickly, work efficiently and act pro-actively. Spanning the whole E2E Product development cylce from Early exploration towards Marketing and roll out.  
I love making things and I love to learn. This results that my skill set it very broad and that I can take on many different roles: from creating concepts, designing, prototyping, coding and even project managing. However there is  nothing more that I enjoy than to work and build within teams. Being an agile coach and team facilitator helps building high performing teams that work efficiently and well together.
